NCCT Annual Report 1999 - 2000 (First Review)
This first report to identify non-cooperative countries and territories (NCCTs) summarises the NCCT process and policies as well as the results of the first round of jurisdiction reviews. The following are now identified as NCCTs: Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Cook Islands, Dominica, Israel, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Niue, Panama, Philippines, Russia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. FATF Recommendation 21 applies to these NCCTs. Certain other jurisdictions were reviewed but not found to be non-cooperative. |
