Long abstract

This second annual review of NCCTs summaries the NCCT process, policies, and progress made in jurisdictions listed in June 2000, and the results of a second round of review of jurisdictions in 2001.  The Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Liechtenstein and Panama are now de-listed.  Egypt, Guatemala, Hungary, Indonesia, Myanmar and Nigeria are now added to the NCCTs list.  The current list is:  Cook Islands; Dominica; Egypt; Guatemala; Hungary; Indonesia; Israel; Lebanon; Marshall Islands; Myanmar; Nauru; Nigeria; Niue; Philippines; Russia; St. Kitts and Nevis; and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
