Long abstract

This fourth annual review of NCCTs summaries the NCCT process, policies, and progress made by jurisdictions on the NCCTs list and those monitored by FATF between June 2002 and June 2003. The following were de-listed: Russia, Dominica, Niue and Marshall Islands (October 2002); Grenada (February 2003); and St. Vincent & the Grenadines (June 2003). The current list is: Cook Islands, Egypt, Guatemala, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nigeria, Philippines, and Ukraine. Counter-measures continue to apply to Nauru.
