Long abstract

This fifth annual review of NCCTs summaries the NCCT process, policies, and progress made by jurisdictions on the NCCTs list and those monitored by FATF between June 2003 and July 2004. Ukraine and Egypt were de-listed in February 2004; Guatemala is de-listed as of 2 July 2004. The current list is: Cook Islands, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nigeria, and Philippines. Counter-measures have applied to Myanmar since November 2003 and continue to apply there and to Nauru. The FATF has requested the other countries to submit implementation plans.
