The follow-up reports, presented at the CFATF Plenary meetings, provide an analysis of the progress made by Haiti to correct the deficiencies identified in the Mutual Evaluation Report (MER) which was adopted by the CFATF Council of Ministers in November 2008.

Haiti is a member of CFATF, the assessment of the implementation of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) measures in Haiti was conducted by the World Bank and adopted by CFATF.
