Job opportunities at the FATF Training and Research Institute in Busan, Korea

Recognising the need for training and capacity-building as well as for information-sharing and research into new risk areas pertaining to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT), FATF has established the FATF Training and Research Institute (FATF TREIN) in Busan, Korea.

The mission of FATF TREIN is to

  • support capacity building of the FATF and FSRB countries in the field of AML/CFT
  • provide training on FATF international standards and mutual evaluations to personnel from FATF and FSRB member countries, assessors and reviewers involved in the mutual evaluation process; and
  • conduct research and coordinate knowledge sharing programmes in the field of AML/CFT.

The Director of FATF TREIN will be responsible for the recruitment process. These posts will be based in Busan, Korea. Successful applicants will not be considered as employees of OECD or FATF.
