The follow-up reports, presented at the CFATF Plenary meetings, provide an analysis of the progress made by Montserrat to correct the deficiencies identified in the Mutual Evaluation Report (MER) which was adopted by the CFATF Council of Ministers in July 2011.

Montserrat is a member of CFATF, the assessment of the implementation of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) measures in Montserrat was conducted by CFATF.
