Over 800 officials representing 205 jurisdictions, the IMF, UN, World Bank and others will come to Paris for FATF Week. Officials will work through nearly 100 papers and over 3 000 pages on a range of important issues to protect the integrity of the financial system and contribute to global safety and security.
FATF Week’s six days of meetings will conclude with the second Plenary meeting under the US Presidency of Marshall Billingslea from 20-22 February. Officials will discuss a full agenda that includes:
In addition, FATF will receive reports from organisations including the IMF, World Bank, United Nations, OECD, OSCE, Egmont Group of Financial Intelligence Units, CARIN, EBRD, ECB, Europol, GIFCS, IAIS, the 9 FATF-Style Regional bodies and others.
