Overall, whilst the Isle of Man has made progress in addressing the TC deficiencies identified in its 5th Round MER, the country has not made sufficient progress to be re-rated. Steps have been taken to improve compliance with R.23, but gaps remain.

  • Therefore Recommendation 23 remains Partially Compliant

The country is encouraged to continue its efforts to address the remaining deficiencies.

The Isle of Man will remain in enhanced follow-up and will continue to report back to MONEYVAL on progress to strengthen its implementation of AML/CFT measures.
