Overall, Pakistan has made good progress in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its MER and has been re-rated on the following recommendations:

  • Recommendation 28 is re-rated Largely Compliant
  • Recommendation 33 is re-rated Compliant
  • Recommendation 37 is re-rated Largely Compliant
  • Recommendation 38 is re-rated Partially Compliant

Pakistan has 38 Recommendations rated C/LC. The country will remain in enhanced follow-up and will continue to report back to the APG on progress to strengthen its implementation of AML/CFT measures.
