Mutual Evaluation of Japan

The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) has assessed the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing measures of Japan for compliance with the FATF Standards.

1 Jul 1999

Japan chaired the tenth round of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF). During this year, the FATF completed the second round of mutual evaluations of the anti-money laundering measures taken by its members.
