This follow-up report analyses the progress made by Peru in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its 2019 Mutual Evaluation Report.

Peru has made some progress and has been re-rated on the following recommendation: 

  • Recommendation 24 is re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant.

Peru will continue in the enhanced follow-up process and will continue to report to GAFILAT on the progress made to strengthen its implementation of AML/CFT measures
