In light of the progress made by Croatia since its Mutual Evaluation and Follow-Up reports were adopted, the country has been re-rated on one Recommendation:

  • Recommendation 8 is re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant

Croatia currently has 7 recommendations rated Compliant, 30 rated Largely Compliant and 3 rated Partially Compliant.
