Vietnam has made some progress in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its 2022 Mutual Evaluation.

The country has been re-rated on three Recommendations: 

  • Recommendation 1 is re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant
  • Recommendation 6 is re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant
  • Recommendation 7 is re-rated from Non Compliant to Partially Compliant

Vietnam has 16 recommendations rated C/LC, 21 rated PC and 3 non compliant.
