Togo has made progress in resolving some of the technical compliance shortcomings identified in its 2022 Mutual Evaluation Report.

The country has been re-rated on one recommendation.

  • Recommendation 34 has been re-rated from partially compliant to largely compliant

Togo has 6 recommendations rated C, 11 rated LC; 21 remain rated PC and 2 NC.

The country will remain in enhanced follow-up.
