    Malawi's measures to combat money laundering and terrorist financing This report summarises the AML/CFT measures in place in the Republic of Malawi as at the date of the on-site visit (19-30 November 2018). It analyses the country’s level of compliance with the FATF 40 Recommendations and the level of effectiveness of the AML/CFT system, and recommends how the system could be strengthened.

    Mutual Evaluation of Malawi Malawi is a member of ESAAMLG, the assessment of the implementation of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT measures in Malawi was conducted by the World Bank and adopted by ESAAMLG.
