FATF Report to G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors

While terrorist attacks remain persistent around the world, methods for terrorist financing continue to evolve. Small-scale attacks requiring limited resource occur in some regions, and terrorist organisations take advantage of political instability in others. These threats pose challenges for governments in detecting and preventing terrorist financing. The FATF will undertake work to tackle the evolving nature of the risks under this Operational Plan.
