This follow-up report analyses the progress made by Estonia in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its MER and Follow-Up Report.

Estonia has made progress to address the technical compliance deficiencies identified in the 2022 MER and the 2024 FUR. As a result of this progress, Estonia has been re-rated on R. 7 and R.15.

  • Recommendation 7 has been re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant
  • Recommendation 15 has been re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant

Estonia will remain in enhanced follow-up and will continue to report back to MONEYVAL on progress to strengthen its implementation of AML/CFT measures. Estonia is expected to report back within one year.
