Albania Follow-Up Report 2022

Overall, Albania has made progress in addressing the TC deficiencies identified in its Mutual Evaluation Report and has been re-rated on three Recommendations.

  • Recommendations 24 and 26 initially rated as Partially Compliant are re-rated as Largely Compliant.
  • Recommendation 38 initially rated as Partially Complian is re-rated as Compliant 

Albania is encouraged to continue its efforts to address the remaining deficiencies.

Albania will remain in enhanced follow-up and will continue to report back to MONEYVAL on progress to strengthen its implementation of AML/CFT measures.
