Overall, Slovenia has made progress in addressing the TC deficiencies identified in its 2017 Mutual Evaluation Report.

• Recommendation 16 has been re-rated from PC to C

Slovenia will remain in enhanced follow-up and will continue to report back to MONEYVAL on progress to strengthen its implementation of AML/CFT measures.

Slovenia is expected to report back to the Plenary within one year.
