Overall, Trinidad and Tobago has made good progress in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its MER and has been re-rated on 18 Recommendations.

  • Trinidad and Tobago fully addressed the deficiencies in Recommendations 6, 10, 16, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 29, 32, 33, 37 and 39, which are re-rated as C.
  • Trinidad and Tobago has also addressed most of the technical compliance deficiencies identified on Recommendations 1, 7, and 40 and these Recommendations are re-rated as LC.
  • Recommendation 8 is upgraded to PC.
