Zimbabwe's progress in strengthening measures to tackle money laundering and terrorist financing

Zimbabwe has made progress in addressing some of the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its MER.
The jurisdiction has fully addressed the deficiencies in respect of the following 4 Recommendations and was updated on each one to C.

• 10 (initially rated LC) 
• 16 (initially rated LC) 
• 22 (initially rated LC) 
• 33 (initially rated PC)

Some steps have been taken to improve compliance with Recommendations

• 7 (initially rated NC)
• 8 (initially rated NC)

which were re-rated to PC.
