Overall, St. Kitts and Nevis has made significant progress in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in Recommendations 4, 24, 36, 39 and only minor deficiencies remain. The country has been re-rated on the following Recommendations:

  • Recommendation 4 has been re-rated from Partially Compliant to Compliant
  • Recommendation 24 has been re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant
  • Recommendation 36 has been re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant
  • Recommendation 39 has been re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant

St. Kitts and Nevis has 35 Recommendations rated C/LC. St. Kitts and Nevis will remain in enhanced follow-up based on effectiveness ratings. The country's next enhanced follow-up report is due November 2026.
