Overall, Myanmar has made minimal progress in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its Mutual Evaluation.

The country has been re-rated on one Recommendation.

  • Recommendation 14 is re-rated from Partially Compliant to Largely Compliant.

Insufficient progress has been made to grant the requested re-ratings for Recommendations 7, 8, 24 and 26.

Myanamar currently has 7 Recommendations rated Compliant and 18 Recommendations Largely Compliant; 13 Recommendations remain Partially Compliant.
